First of all, my wife and myself would like to extend our thanks from the bottom of our heart, to Mr ANIL NAUTIYAL of EXCLUSIVE EXCURSION PVT.LTD for their wonderful help and support to us during our recent visit to Badrinath. Initially we made a very tough request to them, in terms of requesting them to organize a trip to Haridwar and Badrinath in the late stages of the season, when all other operators could not take our request, many of them fail to respond and the few responded negatively. They did not have the information on the temples, whereas Anil, personally collected the closure date of the Badrinath temple for the season. Anil was willing to start the tour immediately after Diwali. Anil was also sincere in terms of explaining the weather conditions to us that it could snow in Badrinath, before we confirmed. Secondly, he was prompt in organsing the hotels and almost all of them are pretty new and I have to commend the services given by the hotel staff in all the hotels. I am sure all these were driven by Anil right from the beginning. We also made a request to Anil that we do not know/speak Hindi, we needed the driver to know English, as we have not traveled to these places in the past. Anil took the request seriously and he volunteered to come with us as an advisor, guide and translator. Since these places are with rich tradition and comes with religious flavor, we requested Anil to help us organize with Pandas in Haridwar, Devaprayag and in Badri. Anil not only understood our request, but also arranged efficient pandas in all the places and the services offered by them were also wonderful and to our extreme satisfaction. We had an excellent driver, who took pains to drive long hours in tough road conditions to make sure that we have the maximum coverage in all the temples and site seeing locations, in spite of tough weather conditions, in Badrinath. Overall, the trip was excellent and it was more than our expectation. We also found out from our local contacts in Delhi, that the prices were also very reasonable. We are delighted and would like to see Anil and Exclusive Excursion Pvt Ltd to grow and continue to offer excellent packages to their clients.
